All orders will be shipped the same day when ordered before 4:00 PM PST unless there is a delay in receiving payment approval. Shipping days are considered Monday thru Friday and do not include weekends or holidays observed by our shipping vendors. Same day shipping is only available for in-stock items.

Remember: Day #1 is the first business day following the placement of your order.

Additional shipping charges may apply to larger items. If this is the case for your order, we will contact you for payment of additional shipping charges.

If a package is returned as "undeliverable" or due to customer error. The customer will be responsible for shipping cost.
Domestic orders: If we are out of stock on an item you ordered we will put it on “backorder” status. In most cases the available items will be shipped and the items on backorder will ship as soon as they arrive – we cover shipping cost on backordered items.
International orders: We do not “backorder” items on international orders. We will contact you first for substitute options. If no options are accepted then we will ship the available items and cancel the out-of-stock items.
If your order suffers damage during shipping, let the driver know immediately for insurance purposes. 310proshop is not responsible for loss or damaged goods do to shipping. You will need to show the shipping box in the condition you received it as well as the shipping label on the box.

If we ship you the wrong items or do not ship the order as stated on your invoice we will do what it takes to correct the problem. Any problems must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. All corrections will be shipped by UPS ground. Free of charge.

Orders are shipped using USPS, and or UPS at our discretion unless otherwise specified.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

*Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses must select USPS priority.

When shipping items using ground service the following time frames apply. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in California. If you are ordering wheels or frames, use those amounts for shipping. Please note that additional charges may apply to some heavier and oversized orders. You will be notified at the time of your order if additional charges apply.

We have special rates (SR) for small items (ex: Headset, Spacer, Bottom Bracket, Bar ends,...) just check out our shipping estimate in your basket. Cheaper price will be available based on weight of the products in your basket. "usps priority SR" shipping is priority only for thoses orders.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping must select USPS priority service. Usual shipping time is 4-7 business days. We can not estimate how long it will take for customs to release your package. The customer is responsible for any taxes or duties which may be accessed upon delivery or package.
Please understand that the Shipping amount displayed in the Check Out process is an estimate only. International Shipping charges will be determined when the merchandise is packaged and weighed. Since the shipping amount is being charged after the order has been placed, this amount may show as a separate charge on your credit card statement.
We do not ship partial orders to International addresses. Please be aware that the entire order will be delayed until the backordered item(s) become available. To avoid any delay in your order, please select in-stock items only.
Due to size and weight restrictions, additional fees may apply if you chose to have your package sent to an International PO Box. We are unable to calculate this additional cost until after the order has been packaged. If additional fees apply or if your package can not ship to a PO Box, you will be notified via email. Failure to respond will delay the delivery of your order and may result in the order being cancelled.

Guaranteed Low Price
We try our best to make sure we have the best prices available for our customers by comparing competitor's prices throughout the industry. If you find a lower price advertised in another published (or online) catalog we will do our best to match or beat those prices. However, in some cases, we may not be able to match a special sale price or closeout sale price seen on some items.

Payment on Orders
Credit Card Payment: Customers can use major credit cards to purchase any and all items. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. You may use Paypal with online purchases too. The order will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card and the authorized cardholder only.

Checks and C.O.D.:
We no longer accept checks or C.O.D. as payment
